We pride ourselves on being accessible, friendly, and welcoming to all bodies. You’ll find women of all levels moving together and having a great time while we do it! No extreme workouts, no diet culture, just a space where every girl belongs.

CLASSES

Full-body, balanced workouts accessible to all levels. Designed by women, for women to help you build your strongest, most confident self.

BARRE

We've taken the traditional "tuck and pulse" barre method and infused it with cardio and strength elements. Kick it up even further in Power Barre!

CARDIO DANCE

Our athletic-style cardio dance classes incorporate functional exercises and fun choreography. Basically it's just a damn good workout.

KICKBOXING

Punch and kick your way stress away in this class mixing cardio boxing and toning series. You'll feel like a total badass after this class.

SCULPT

Low-impact strength exercises set to music. Barre Tracks is a similar format, only more dance/ballet driven.

BOUNCE

A crazy fun trampoline class! Low-impact but high cardio. You'll feel like a kid again as you jump for joy on the mini-rebounder!

STRENGTH

Functional moves and an interval-style format make this a great class if you want to work on building muscle and full-body power.

YOGA

Recovery is just as important as your workouts! Yoga will help you reduce stress, develop mind-body connection and increase flexibility.

STRETCH and mobility

Increase your range of motion and keep your joints healthy. Offered once/month on the first Monday.
